Así era la habitación de una vivienda que llevaba 10 meses sin alquilar. Necesitaba algunos pequeños cambios.

Like that was a room from a flat which were 10 months no rented. It needs some changes! isn't it!!

   Primero compramos la estructura de la cama que costo 80 euros en Ikea. Usamos el colchon que teniamos. Las baldas costaron 14 euros en Leroy Merlin. El mueble azul era el típico mueble antiguo de color wengue y decidimos darle un cambio total lo lijamos un poco y le dimos una mano de azul electrico, le cambiamos lo agarradores y quedó bastante bien.

   First thing was to buy the bed, which cost 80 euros in Ikea. We use the mattres that we've got already. The self costed 14 euros in Leroy Merlin. The blue furniture was the tipical old one and we've changed and painted in electrical blue and changed the handles and look pretty well.

El foco costo 12 euros y la colcha 7 euros. Es una habitación pequeña pero llena de luz y de color. Ademas colgamos un pequeño perchero de Albero KR que nos costo 19 euros y que le da una pincelada diferente.

The light costed 12 euros and the bedspread was 7 euros. It a small room but full of light and colours. Besides we hung in one coat rack from Albero KR which cost 20 euros and it looks different.

     El coste total fueron 248 euros. La casa se alquiló esa misma semana por 450 euros. Si hacemos un calculo de lo que dejo de ingresar durante 10 meses sale a 4.500 euros. Teniendo en cuenta lo que ha invertido y lo que ha perdido estamos convencidos de que contratar a un home staging merece la pena.

The total cost was 248 euros. The flat was rented at the following week for 450 euros. If we calculate all the money lost in 10 months that is 4,500 euros. If we take an account what the owner has invest and what he lost we are absolutely agreed that it worth it.
